First website, safe contact form

Peace From Pieces gave a Florida therapist her first real website, organized around what brings people in.

Jean-Ann Moses, LMHC, LPC, was online only through directory profiles. I built her first site of her own, jeanannmoses.com: her own brand, a page for each reason people come in, and a contact form that is safe to use.

The live site

Her homepage as a visitor sees it, on a desktop, a tablet and a phone.

The story

Licensed in two states, with nothing online of her own.

Anyone looking her up landed on someone else's platform first. If you're a solo expert with no site of your own, this is the build to start with.

  1. 01

    Where she was

Jean-Ann is an LMHC and LPC, licensed in Florida and South Carolina. Online, she was a set of directory profiles, with no site of her own.

  2. 02

    How people look

People look for a therapist by what they're facing, and reaching out has to feel safe. So the site is organized by what brings someone in, and the form asks only what scheduling needs.

  3. 03

    The build

A brand built around her logo; pages for individual therapy, grief and life transitions, couples counseling, and trauma therapy and EMDR; a Meet Jean-Ann page; and one contact page with the consultation request, crisis resources, rates and coverage.

  4. 04

    The launch

Her own domain and email, a scheduling-only form with no place for clinical detail, and crisis resources on the contact page.

service pages: individual therapy, grief and life transitions, couples counseling, and trauma therapy and EMDR.

contact page, with crisis resources and a scheduling-only form.

Sep 2026

launched on her own domain, jeanannmoses.com, with her own email.

What I built

Her own place online, and a safe way to reach her.

The site explains her work, answers the practical questions like rates and coverage, and gives a cautious visitor a safe way to reach out.

Brand

One recognizable practice

Her logo, colors and type carried through every page, so the practice reads as one place of her own.

Contact

Scheduling only

The form asks for contact and scheduling details only, with no place to describe what someone is going through.

Search

Readable by search engines

The site tells search engines, in the format they read, what the practice is and which services it offers.

Notes

Good to know.

  • Published with Jean-Ann's written permission. Nothing here describes anyone she works with.
  • No analytics on her site. On a therapy site, that's a choice made for her clients.
