04 / Parent-education revenue and fulfillment

Ask Ms. Ivey turned expert knowledge into a buyer journey that keeps its delivery promises.

Betty Ivey had years of parent-education judgment. We shaped the offers, built the site, quiz, checkout, scheduling, and fulfillment, then added the checks that show every handoff still works after payment.

Evidence sequence

From a page that could explain the work to a system that can sell and deliver it.

Earlier Ask Ms. Ivey services page with broad categories and no direct purchase path Before Useful categories, but no visible prices, checkout, or way to complete a purchase.
Ask Ms. Ivey package menu with clear paid offer choices Offer ladder Clear packages and pricing turned broad expertise into choices a parent can understand.
Branded Ask Ms. Ivey Stripe checkout in a sandbox verification environment Checkout A branded payment handoff replaced the missing transaction path.

The expertise was already there. The operating path around it was not.

Ask Ms. Ivey helps parents make better education decisions. The engagement became one connected customer system: shape the offer, help the right parent choose, take payment, schedule the next step, grant the promised access, and make failures visible before they reach a family.

01

The situation

Betty had real research, judgment, and parent-support offers. The public page described broad service categories, but it did not yet connect a parent's question to a priced choice and completed purchase.

02

The clarification

We organized the work into a clearer offer ladder, package menu, scored quiz, and customer journey. Each element had one job: help a parent recognize the right next step without flattening Betty's expertise.

03

The build

We moved the public experience to owned code, connected Stripe checkout, private scheduling, lead capture, campaign operations, promotions, and durable state across the buyer path.

04

The fulfillment proof

Qualified purchases now trigger a Betty-branded welcome plus private Calendar and Drive access. A fifteen-minute provider reconciliation and daily health receipt make missing handoffs observable.

An Authority Read maps the broken handoff, shows the evidence, and names the first build that should close it.

What it demonstrates

A revenue path is only finished when delivery is part of the design.

The work joins product decisions, public experience, payment, private delivery, and operating checks. That is what lets an expert-led offer behave like a dependable product.

Offer path

Productized choices

A package ladder and explicit pricing help parents choose a next step without decoding a general services page.

Decision path

Scored quiz

A guided assessment captures the parent's situation and routes interest into a more relevant conversation.

Owned surface

Public site and application

The site and interactive path run on owned code, giving the engagement more control over state, behavior, and verification.

Purchase path

Checkout and scheduling

Branded checkout and private post-payment scheduling connect the public decision to a real customer handoff.

Delivery path

Durable fulfillment

Welcome, Calendar access, and Drive access are treated as one promised release, not three unrelated manual chores.

Operating path

Reconciliation and health checks

Provider checks surface mismatches and create a daily receipt, so the system can prove what it delivered.

Proof standard

The boundary is part of the case.

Ask Ms. Ivey is a named client engagement published with Betty Ivey's approval. The proof here stays with the approved transformation, screenshots, and non-sensitive system outcomes.

We do not publish customer identities, purchase counts, gross revenue, private links, conversion, ROI, or Eric's fees. The grounded Parent Plan Builder remains staged, and the client's live page is not linked here until its remaining customer-promise language is reconciled and re-verified.
