Method
Find the break. Choose the first build.
You tell me what's stuck. I find where people drop off, you choose the first build, and I build it for a fixed price. It runs in five phases: Read, Clarify, Build, Prove and Compound.
Five phases
What happens, and in what order.
- 01 · ReadWhere people drop off. You tell me what's stuck, on a 30-minute call or in the written plan. I check five areas: positioning, proof, web presence, conversion path and follow-up. You get two answers: can buyers find you and believe you, and once they do, can they act?
- 02 · ClarifyA fixed scope and price, in writing. What I'll build, what it costs, when it launches and what's left out. Half to start, half at launch.
- 03 · BuildThe missing step, working. Checkout, scheduling, intake, an assessment, a voice agent, or the site around them. I build it, launch it, and stay 30 days to fix anything that misbehaves. You own the code, the accounts and the content.
- 04 · ProveWhat shipped and what changed. After launch I show you both, with where each number came from, so you can check it yourself.
- 05 · CompoundRepeat what worked. If something works after launch, I'll say so and suggest the next build, or you can keep me on month to month if you want it. No retainer required.

The written plan
One document you can act on, argue with, or hand to someone else.
$750, credited in full to any build. You get the Read on paper: an answer to each of these five questions, and the first thing to build. Ask for it on the call, or pick it in the note form below.

- Can a stranger tell who you're for, what you're known for, and why you over the obvious alternative?
- Proof
- Is your expertise specific, believable, and backed by something a stranger can check?
- Web presence
- Does your site carry the story and the proof on every device, however people arrive?
- Conversion path
- Once someone trusts you, is the next step clear, and does it work start to finish? I test it myself.
- Follow-up
- Does a raised hand get an answer and a follow-up without you having to remember?
Which half to fix
Whether buyers can't find or believe you, or can't act once they do. Your money goes to the half that needs it.
The first build
The smallest complete build that would change the result, with its scope and fixed price. You approve it, change it, or stop there; the plan is yours either way.
